Join Sadie on the Sunday after Thanksgiving for a 1.5 hr workshop focusing on strengthening and conditioning for belly dance! We will do exercises to improve flexibility, balance, and stamina.
Does 1.5 hours sound long? The feedback we’ve gotten is that this class flies by! And don’t worry, we have a long cool down stretch for a balanced dance practice (bring a yoga mat if you have one).
